Hi. We are Sue and Jimmy and this is our luxury holiday apartment in Golf Del Sur, Tenerife.

Our apartment is situated in Residential Golf Park - an exclusive development within the prestigious 'Golf Del Sur', Tenerife - which offers something for everyone. It is a one bedroom apartment which can cater for 4-6 people.

Within walking distance are many restaurants and bars. Right on the door step is a supermarket; Italian, Indian and Chinese takeaways; a small friendly wine bar; pharmacy and patisserie (so forget the diets!!).

About this site

The southern part of Tenerife is a golfer’s paradise with several golf courses for beginners and expert players in close proximity. But it also has the larger beach resorts and a hotter and drier climate in general. Transport links are very good. Why not come out here and enjoy the sun and the lifestyle!

Our apartment is conveniently situated for independent travellers as it is near to the airport at Reina Sofia requiring only a short taxi drive to reach the high class resort of Golf del Sur.

The apartment itself has many comforts with the benefit of a sun terrace with views over the sea and at least two golf courses. You can even BBQ up here when the mood takes you.
